I QUIT!!
If you're not happy, and you know it..... QUIT YOUR JOB!
- Derek quit a job with Cumming Cockburn to do his Masters.. but is now at Langan Engineering avec Masters
- Rob Moore quit his job with B&W in May 1997, and moved out to B.C. with his girlfriend, Catherine (she had a job there for the summer). They were house sitting in Squamish... where he spent his time trying to decide whether to windsurf or mountain bike. They returned to Guelph in August... to face reality.. he is now in vancouver, working for Race Face.
- Greg Krueger quit his job with Milne Construction in June 1997, to take a job with Kenadian Construction... then to start up his own company to compete with his former companies
- Shari quit a job with Globe Network Integrators and ran away to Europe for several months in 1996..
- When Shari got back, she worked for Rogers Cable in Vancouver... then she quit that in 1997.
- Then Shari went to Calgary, and worked part time for Revy... which she quit
- Shari now works for a Construction Company in Calgary..
- Shari quit that job in August 2000 and completed her masters at U Calgary in Enviro Architecture in 2002
- Jimmy Veldhuis quit his job this past summer (1997)... he's living in Guelph with his wife and child.
- Stephen Codrington Quit his job with Remediation Technologies in Seattle to take a job with the City of Tacoma in July 1998. He quit that Job in June 2000 to work for Paradata in Whistler, BC... now he's with Crystal Decisions in Vancouver.. and is engaged..
- Kanchan quit her job with Globe Network Integrators (the same company Shari quit from - but she outlasted Shari, thus "winning" the bet) in June 2000. She was planning on taking the rest of the year off.. but much to her dismay, ended up with a job with AT&T Canada... then got a nice little package and left them in may 2002. she's doesn't know if she wants to work again.
No More Rent!
- Jenn Caron and Steve Allen ('Jeve') bought a house in Kitchener. (1997)
- Paula and Aaron Sawicki ('Paron') bought a house, also in Kitchener (1997)
- Kanchan bought a care-free Condo in Etobicoke. (1998)
- Danny and Deena ('Dana') bought and are remodelling an 80-year old house in North Bay in (1998).. they are now building a house on a lake outside North Bay.
- Katherine and Mark bought a house in Streetsville.
- Dave Sullivan bought a house somewhere near Ottawa.. he doesn't live in the house (1998)
- Steve Richardson bought a house in Guelph
- Dilan bought a house on William Street in Waterloo.. boarded his mom, kicked his mom out.. and now boards students.
- Chris Falchuk got his new pad in the summer of 2003, really damn close to mark and katherine's place
- Lisa Minotti moved into her new house in the summer of 2003 on the edge of brampton
- Lots of people are looking to buy a house ... but they don't want people to know who they are.
Missing In Action
We are still looking for current information on the following people... if you know their whereabouts, or contact information, please let us know... unless, of course, they're still in hiding or running from the law... or just don't want to associate with us anymore.... we're not a bitter bunch... well.... not THAT bitter.. We're really nice...
